Meet Lindsey Marak
Lindsey grew up in the Market Research world watching her mother grow one of the largest recruiting companies in Los Angeles Ca since 1981. Lindsey began recruiting at 15 years old and worked in the business for many years. During this time, She also climbed the corporates ladder as a licensed business banker learning everything she needed to know to run her own, successful business. In 2016, Lindsey began Focus Group Connection which continues to grow every year. Her entrepreneurial spirit is always on display, along with her drive for success. Lindsey is dedicated to fine-tuning the details of each client’s specific needs and making sure every project is handled with care from start to finish.
Having over 20 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Lindsey has built her brand organically, resulting in many loyal clients. Wearing the hats of business owner, project manager and recruiter, she helps her team with business development, implementing inbound marketing strategies, lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and maximizing overall production levels.
When Lindsey isn’t working, you’ll find her in the gym or spending time with her family. As a mother and business owner, she is no stranger to hard work and knows the importance of work-life balance and time management. No matter what she is doing, her goal is always the same: to empower people and organizations to differentiate themselves and drive measurable results in everything they do.
